All of our items are handcrafted and made with care.

- Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 10 business days
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped promptly.
📦 Shipping Time & Rates
Shipping times vary based on your location:
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- U.S. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
💌 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
🏡 Incorrect Addresses

Delightful Thing is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
📭 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside of our control.
